homeeeeee!

I haven't posted for a few weeks, but I thought I should post that I am home now! This is the first time in 7 months that I have come back to good ol' Brantford. It was neat seeing some of the little changes that happened and to see the kids in the ward here..because they seem to grow up really quick lol! Seven months doesn't really seem that long, but a lot can actually happen in that amount of time! I got to see the beautiful new bathroom that my parents worked on after I left last year! It looks gorgeous! I saw pictures, but seeing it in person definitely makes it all the better! I am excited to be back in my pink room! Who wouldn't like a pink bedroom? lol! Two foods I really missed from here I have had...first: a boston cream donut from Tim Hortons! Actually my mom brought me it to the airport! How lucky am I? Second: SWISS CHALET! Honestly, for any Amercains out there..if you get to Canada go to the restaurant Swiss Chalet!!! :)

I am currently taking care of the house..with my brother! My parents are on a well deserved cruise for my dad's 50th bday! As much as I would like to be on that cruise with them (I've never been on one actually), I am soo glad they got away! They have really needed it! :) They called a couple times before their cruise ship took off and sounded really good! I am happy to hear that! I definitely miss them though! My mom is honestly like my best friend, so I have been pretty lonely! I am excited to hear all their cruise stories when they get home this weekend though!! And obviously I will get to see lots of pictures!! :)

Anywho...that's about the updates around here. Nothing too exciting, but I am back to my home city!
