My plan was to start writing more often and that did not happen! If only my life was more exciting!
I begin summer in 3 weeks! I cannot believe that the end of the school year is upon us! My students are just as ready as me for summer. I am trying to keep moving and them moving. Teaching is a tough career. There are days when I am ready to be done, but then there are days when you are not ready to be done because of how cute the kids are! One of my kids was massaging the top of my foot today! I might just need her to come to my home during the summer :)
My mother sent me a picture today of when I was in first grade. I remember first grade. I don't remember all of it, but I definitely remember things about it! It is amazing how quickly time has flown, but I think my mom feels it more than I do! On April 4th, I turned 24. I was in first grade 18 years a go! Here is the picture of me in first grade. Can you find me?

You are so right, I do feel the time has flown by. I can't believe that you are teaching 1st grade now (see I said it the american way, LOL). Where have the last 18 years gone. We are so proud of you.
