They have a new Utah sign!
Driving down to Utah!
Our purpose of the trip was to go to a concert, but we decided to visit Joe's friends in Provo. They got married in February (I think at least haha)! It was good to meet the wife as I had not met her yet! Joe and I knew when we were in Utah that we had to go to Chick-fil-a, so we invited them to join us! It was delish!!!
Then we headed to SLC and went to the concert. We got there early enough that we were only about the 30th people in line!! You have to keep yourself entertained, so I took a picture of Joe and I in line...
The opening act was Jarrod Gorbel and then a girl playing the violin with him! They sounded great!
Then a band called Steel Train came out! They were certainly a very fun band! Joe and I enjoyed this band! The lead singer (who was in the main band..Fun.) was very energetic and way fun!
Then Fun. came out!!! They were sooo......fun! (ha) We were definitely pleased with their sound! It was sooo worth the trip down there!! The lead singer actually had a Toronto Blue Jays had on...crazy haha!
We enjoyed ourselves....but the drive home at midnight was crazy! We stopped a few times and arrived home at 5....and woke up a lil after 9 for Stake Conference...ahh! It was a fun date though!!! I LOVE married life!
