This year for Halloween we were invited to go to a haunted straw maze with a co-worker of Joe's and his wife. Unfortunately that evening we got a phone call from him saying his wife was sick. Joe and I decided we had to do something still for Halloween, so we decided to still go! We thought it would be more fun having another couple go, so we called a few people and found no one. We called my brother and he said he'd come (alone let me add :P). So the three of us went to the haunted straw maze.



We got there and we noticed it was dark. We were going to get a flashlight, but decided against it. It turned out not the be as dark as we thought once we got inside. It was really fun with people trying to scare you, while we tried to find our way out of the maze! (just so you know...the guys were much more scared than me ;) haha) There were guys with chainsaws, which made a lot of people run haha!




On Sunday we decided we would watch Halloween type movies. We both are not into really scary movies, so the two movies we watched were Coraline and Edward Scissorhands. I had not seen Coraline before and Joe had not seen Edward Scissorhands. We could watch Coraline in 3D.



We started to, but it was making us go crazy. We decided it would be best to just watch it in 2d!



We are slowly collecting decorations for different seasons. These are the Halloween decorations we had (not much but some). And this is the outside of our place!



We had a fun weekend! I love the weekends because I get lots of time with Joe!! It is the best! Maybe next year we'll have the Halloween party I want haha! I really want to dress up for Halloween in a couple outfit! How cute and fun would that be? :)
